The EFRJ is happy to invite you to participate in its 7th edition of the Summer School, organised in the cluster of St. Abbondio in Como (Italy) in partnership with the University of Insubria.

This year’s theme is ‘Realising the benefits of Restorative Justice in serious crime’. The topic has been chosen because it is in line with the EFRJ’s agenda during the next years, namely to ensure that every person in Europe will have the right of access to RJ services, in any criminal case and at any stage of the criminal procedures.

The Summer School 2017 will provide a safe and inspiring space for participants to gain additional knowledge and, where relevant, to practice advanced skills that will bring benefit to victims and offenders.

The whole training will be held in English (but informal translation can be provided in Italian/ French/ Spanish).

The German Congress on Crime Prevention – GCOCP (in German: Deutscher Präventionstag – DPT) is on the one hand the 1995 founded and meanwhile world’s largest annual conference on the topic of crime prevention and related prevention areas. On the other hand the GCOCP forms with its Institute for Applied Prevention Research (DPT-i) and other key activities a platform for information, knowledge transfer and an interdisciplinary dialogue between prevention practice, prevention research and prevention policies.
