The Sendai 2015-2030 Strategy encompasses unambiguous guidance to stakeholders (local, regional and national), scientific community and civil society in order to implement an effective strategy for disaster risk reduction towards resilient cities. With this purpose, we organize this international multidisciplinary conference. The aim is to share knowledge and the application in the fields of security and citizen’s participation. Thus, we invite general community to participate, and for those who might be interested, to submit abstracts under Risk, Security and Citizenship themes.
