Denmark: Prevention of recruitment of children and young people to gang crime

The purpose of the initiative is to develop, test and implement a targeted municipal interdisciplinary, professional and cross-sectoral, holistic family effort to prevent the recruitment of children and young people to gang crime. The aim is to stop the food chain for the gangs through a targeted, holistic effort in collaboration with the families, so that children and young people at risk to a greater extent get off the streets and instead focus on school / education and ordinary leisure activities.
