The project addresses the problems caused by homeless people in the station area by the creation of a climate of trust with the street inhabitants and the external partners, thus reducing the social nuisance and 'beyond-the-norm attitude' (i.e. crime) caused by those inhabitants (the homeless population).
This is done by two members of the project (federal policemen) first making contact with the homeless people, and then organising sessions with them to give them information and try to improve their contact with authorities such as police services and social organisations.
