INDEED International Policy & Practitioners' Forum
The 2-Day INDEED International Forum is being organized to advance the field of evidence-based evaluation and evidence-based policy and practice in PVE/CVE and De-Radicalisation initiatives (programmes, actions, policies, and strategies).
The Forum will bring together leading international experts, practitioners, law enforcement agencies and civil society organisations, representatives of governments, the European Commission, the United Nations, universities, research institutes and think tanks, and donors to facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions, exchange, learning from best practices in the field, and identifying practical recommendations to improve the use of evidence-based evaluation and evidence-based policy making and practice in the field.
The INDEED International Forum will:
- identify the most important lessons and experiences to help improve evidence-based policy, practice and evidence-based evaluation
- share forefront lessons from the field and from research on evidence-based practice and evaluation
- foster vibrant exchange and dialogue on evidence-based practice and evaluation in the field of PVE / CVE / De-radicalisation and crime prevention
- and bring together key stakeholders from local, national, EU and international organisations to advance – together – the state of policy and practice in the field
The Forum will include key-note presentations, parallel workshops/working sessions organised on key themes and several sub-topics. Partners, Government Agencies, Universities, Law Enforcement Agencies, Organisations and Academics are invited to contribute through organizing sessions, workshops and presentations on the work they are doing in the field.
The Forum will be the largest event of its kind to-date bringing together experts from Europe and internationally to share best practices, lessons and experiences to advance the field of evidence-based evaluation in PVE/CVE/De-Radicalisation and Crime Prevention programming.
