In January 2017, the project of Confine - Towards operational cooperation on local administrative financial investigations in the fight against human trafficking - was launched. This project is financed by the ISF-Police Fund of the European Union. It’s a collaboration between the city of Antwerp (Belgium), the city of Genk (Belgium), RIEC Zeeland-West Brabant (Netherlands) and the University of Leuven (Belgium). This is the manual that resulted from the project.

Development of a healthy way of life for children to say no to (reject) substances and other threats that can cause them any harm and thus resist temptation coming from peers, outsiders and the media; respect of rules and regulations; prevention of their getting victimised or criminalised.
