To establish capacity for integrated, risk and needs based social work with juvenile offenders in Plovdiv region. To provide various services and interventions to clients of all relevant institutions in the region - Probation Service, Child Protection Department, Juvenile Crime Offices at police departments, the Local Juvenile Delinquency commissions, juvenile correctional or settlement institutions and private clients.
