The short term objective was to provide a safe space for young people within the context of their home communities, where they can enjoy a stimulating environment, form safe relationships with adults and receive a variety of social services adjusted to their needs. The long term is focusing on crime prevention, development of community youth work.

The project focuses on crime prevention of children and young people, and it uses new types of prevention programmes such as canistherapy, bibliotherapy, gestalt pedagogy, graphology and martial arts.

The main purpose of the project is to significantly decrease cases of risk behaviour of our clients which can be solved mostly by outdoor social work (including streetwork) directly in the socially disadvantaged community followed by low-threshold treatment, preventive activities at schools in the form of experiential learning, communication of positive patterns, indicated (tertiary) prevention among individuals with different levels of deterioration of peception of accepted social norms or who possibly already committed a criminal offense.

The railway stations are often places with high concentration of passengers and therefore offer many possibilities for pickpocketing. The pickpockets usually apply short distraction to their victims by asking a question or just bumping. Sometimes they get on train at the same time as the victim who later discovers missing money or other valuables.
