Domestic violence that is not perpetrated for financial gain, is twice as high as the national average  in France. The objective of the project is to reduce this gap through prevention in all its aspects. The Victims’ Directive provides for minimum rights, supports and protection for victims of crime regardless of where the crime was committed in the European Union.
