The following information relates to the protection of your personal data. This is the data that allows you to be identified, directly or indirectly, such as your first name, surname, e-mail address and IP address. The European Crime Prevention Network (EUCPN) is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. You can find all the information about your rights here. The EUCPN is accommodated by the Federal Public Service Internal Affairs of Belgium, therefore the information is only available in French and Dutch at the moment. The EUCPN is looking into translating the information in English.

* European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (entered into force on 25 May 2018) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR)
* The preliminary draft of law (16 March 2018) on the protection of natural persons as regards the processing of personal data
